General Areas (Bedrooms, Living Room, Hallways)

• Dust Removal:

  • Remove dust from all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, baseboards, and furniture.

  • Dust and clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents.

  • Wipe down and clean windowsills, door frames, and skirting boards.

• Vacuuming & Mopping:

  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery to remove dust and debris.

  • Sweep and mop all hard floors, focusing on corners and edges where dust collects.

• Paint Stain Removal (High-touch Surfaces):

  • Carefully remove paint stains and marks from light switches, door handles, and electrical outlets.

  • Clean and polish these surfaces after removing stains to restore their original look.

• Window & Door Cleaning:

  • Clean windows, including panes, tracks, and frames (inside and outside if required).

  • Wipe down doors and door handles to remove dust, paint splatters, and marks.

• Wall Cleaning:

  • Check and clean any paint splatters or marks on walls.

  • Remove stickers, labels, or plastic coverings from new installations.

Kitchen

• Appliance Cleaning (inside & out):

  • Wipe down and clean all appliances, including the fridge, oven, and dishwasher.

  • Ensure any dust or debris from construction is removed.

  • Paint Stain Removal: Carefully remove any paint splatters or marks from kitchen appliances, switches, and handles.

• Cabinet & Countertop Cleaning:

  • Clean the inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers to remove dust and paint splatters.

  • Wipe down and sanitize all countertops and surfaces.

• Sink & Fixtures:

  • Clean and polish the sink, taps, and any exposed fixtures.

  • Remove any paint or dust buildup around sinks and taps.

• Floor Cleaning:

  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors, paying attention to the corners and underneath appliances.

  • Paint Stain Removal: Scrub off any paint stains or marks left on floors.

Bathroom

• Shower & Bathtub Cleaning:

  • Clean and disinfect the shower and bathtub, ensuring any paint splatters or construction debris are removed.

• Toilet Cleaning:

  • Scrub and disinfect the toilet (inside and outside).

• Sink & Vanity:

  • Clean and polish the sink, taps, and mirror.

Floors (All Rooms)

• Deep Vacuuming:

  • Vacuum all carpets thoroughly to remove construction dust and debris.

  • Pay extra attention to corners, edges, and underneath furniture.

• Mopping & Sweeping:

  • Sweep and mop hard floors, including tile, wood, or laminate surfaces, to remove dust and stains.

  • Paint Stain Removal: Use appropriate cleaning solutions to remove any paint stains or splatters from floors.

Detail Work

• Fixtures & Switches:

  • Wipe down light switches, electrical outlets, and fixtures to remove dust and paint marks.

  • Paint Stain Removal: Gently remove paint splatters from light switches, outlets, and fixtures.

• Hardware Cleaning:

  • Clean and polish door handles, cabinet knobs, and other hardware.
